Wine Dinner party of Piroth Wine @Hotel Gajoen, Tokyo. It was an honor to sit next to Mounsieur Chadronnier of Chateau Marsau. I loved 100% Merlot 2006 wine of his winery!!! For the first time in life, I could enjoy Merlot (I know some of you are surprised to hear this (o^^o).
“Wine is about two things: harmony and energy. You can feel the essence of wine maker. Even if they try to hide it, they can’t”. I could go on talking with him for hours. It was so interesting to listen to people who specialize in something which is not familiar with me. So much to learn is left in life! Auction was exciting to watch, but to a bit scarcely to bet(^ ^)
雅叙園で開かれたピーロートのワインディナー。Chateau Marsauの生産者の方の横に座らせていただきました（英語通じた。フランス語じゃなくて良かった〜(^_^😉 2006年のメルロー100パーセントに始まり、とにかく私の苦手なメルローぼかりの夜でした！この方の畑がメルローを育てているので。ところが、人生で初めてメルローがおいしいと思えた！奇跡（ワイン好きさんには驚かれそうですが）。
「僕が思うに、ワインには２つの要素が感じられる。調和とエネルギーだよ。生産者が何を意図して作ったのかは味をみればわかる。隠すごとができないんだよ」という言葉をしっかりと受け止めました。何時間でもお話しし続けられそうでしたよ。自分の専門外の分野で働いている人との交流は面白い。まだまだ学ぶことが沢山ありますね！オークションは見てるだけ〜でした 😁 参加するには勇気が要りすぎるわ！
