I pulled a card asking angels to support us especially with health. 今週は特に健康に関するサポートのカードをひきました。

Ascended masters like Jesus were once human being just like us. Their soul and spirit stayed in human body. They succeeded in controlling emotion.

Weekly oracle Nov 6th-12th 週間オラクル 11/6-12

I keep hearing words from universe like ‘trust in yourself’ ‘Let go any fear you have and believe in your own power’. This week, give your self 2 mints every evening and utter at least 3 encouraging phrases to yourself like “You can do it!” “You are beautiful” “you have power” “you can find solutions” etc.

自分を信頼しなさい、とか、恐れを捨てて自分の力を信じなさい、というような宇宙の声が降ってきます。今週は、毎晩2分間の時間を自分に作ってください。そして、少なくとも3つ、自分を勇気付ける言葉を吐きましょう。「あなたならできる！」「あなたは美しい」「あなたは力を持っている」みあなたは解決策を見つけられる」など。

鳥は、止まってる木の枝が折れることを心配しません。なぜなら、自分の翼を信じているからです。

Praise yourself for its presence. Yes, purely for your presence. You are worth being here. You are a child of God with no sin or whatsoever. Erase any concept of guilty or self sacrifice you are taught by people or organization around you. Let yourself be abundant and fulfilled with peace. 

自分自身の存在を褒め称えましょう。そうです、純粋にあなたの存在を。あなたはここに存在するちふさわしいのです。罪など何も悪いものは本来持たない神の子です。周りの人やなんらかの組織によって教えられた罪悪感や自己犠牲の精神などは消しましょう。豊かで平和な気持ちで満ちる許可を自分に出してください。
